FINALLY IN AMERICA IS A NEW TREND ..REALIZING THE INEFFICIANCY OF GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT ..WE WILL NOW HAVE "OUTSIDE COMPANIES MANAGE OUR ROADS AND PORTS -- IF WE COULD SOMEHOW PUT ALL THE GOVERNMENTS OUT OF BUSINESS ON THE SAME DAY ,( EXCEPT FOR EMS POLICE ETC )..WE WOULD HAVE SO MUCH LEFT OVER --EVEN MICHAEL COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE ATRUISM FUNCTION EQUALLY FOR ALL...
